AC-EYE™

ACI introduces AC-EYE™, a secure web-based clinical team collaboration, document and clinical project task management system that includes robust clinical project management technology and event alerts to enable all study team members to know what needs to be done by whom and when. It offers up to the minute project progress tracking so the study project manager can better manage, intervene and orchestrate their resources and vendors to deliver their services on time and on budget.

ACI has been using the technology behind AC-EYE™ since 2002 to deliver CRO services, project management, document management and study team collaboration capabilities. AC-EYE™ is easy to use so there is minimal training necessary to get started. ACI introduced AC-EYE™ after a number of clients liked the technology enough to ask if they could license it directly and use it internally for all projects that require geographically separated clinical project teams to work together.

Managing a clinical trial today is analogous to conducting a large symphony orchestra. The many individual musicians and instruments in the symphony are symbolic of the various scientific, clinical and technical disciplines and specialties needed to conduct a clinical development program. There is often involvement from outside contract resources that may include CROs, Labs and technology vendors who may be spread across time zones and continents. Unfortunately, with tools like phone, email and a spreadsheet, conducting the orchestra is often difficult. AC-EYE™   provides an integrated view of the project “sheet music”, which improves the integrated conduct of the study

AC-EYE™ is available as a hosted solution or as a complete purchase and implementation solution.
