Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence
The Keystone Alliance for Performance Excellence (KAPE) is an organization of dedicated professionals who seek to create a learning environment committed to accelerating organizational improvement among the different sectors within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. ACI is a KAPE member and participant.
With an emphasis on a universally-recognized excellence system for measuring progress and growth, it uses the business model and criteria based on the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence to improve daily operations of applicants as they advance and progress toward organizational excellence.
